Notice of Annual Homeowners Meeting

The Kirkhaven/Rhapsody at Bailey's Arbor Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held:

Tuesday, April 17th, 7:00-8:00PM
Birch Room, Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road

If you are not able to attend the Annual Meeting, it is very important that you return your Proxy Ballot so that quorum can be achieved. Please be advised, to achieve quorum, 20% of homeowners must be present at the meeting or by proxy. If quorum is not achieved, the meeting will need to be rescheduled, which WILL impact the association financially.

KBA Guidebook

The KBA Guidebook, including Rules & Regulations, was updated in August 2011. Changes made focused on clarifying rules with respect to trees and making it easier to find Architectural Review Committee/Application requirements.

Architectural Review Process

The Architectural Review Committee is made up of three resident volunteers. All alterations, changes, modifications or additions to the EXTERIOR of your home and/or landscaping structures must be approved in writing by the Architecture Review Committee.

• Plan ahead -- Typically approvals are done within a week or two, but the ARC is allowed 30 days and it can take this long, especially if it's a complicated project. Please help the ARC by submitting complete project applications at least 30 days in advance of starting your projects.
  •  Starting your project before receiving approval, by rule of our governing documents, will result in a violation and fine.
• Use the new Application form -- You can type into this form, save it, then email it with all supporting information to Kari Ross, at KRoss@DevelopCommunity.com. This new form will save you the time of having to print out the form. Make sure you review the requirements – what is needed when submitting this application.
• Consult the Quick Reference -- The Architectural Review Committee created the Quick Reference to understand when an ARC is necessary and the application process involves.
